Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will:

• Answer team members' questions regarding general Human Resources inquiries or direct them to other areas as appropriate
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver exceptional employee service and build cohesive interdepartmental relationships
• Reconcile HR vendor invoices
• Assist with payroll administration
• Process and audit E-Verify/I-9 Forms
• Perform administrative and data entry tasks
• Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to work in an organized manner
• Must possess a high level of confidentiality
• Effective communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or similar software programs
• High attention to detail
• Experience using Paycom preferred
• Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
