The Human Resources Coordinator will:
- Answer team members' questions regarding general Human Resources inquiries or direct them to other areas as appropriate
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver exceptional employee service and build cohesive interdepartmental relationships
- Reconcile HR vendor invoices
- Assist with payroll administration
- Process and audit E-Verify/I-9 Forms
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks
- Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to work in an organized manner
- Must possess a high level of confidentiality
- Effective communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or similar software programs
- High attention to detail
- Experience using Paycom preferred
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
