Description & Requirements

Maximus currently has a Community Resource Coordinator Opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as point of contact for all training providers. - Develop and manage relationships with all training providers. - Maintain training provider agreements. - Maintain database and accurate schedule of training providers. - Recruit additional training providers as needed. - Serve as liaison between multiple training providers when necessary to benefit our clients. - Provide administrative support to Employment Services & Community Relations team. Minimum Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of experience.

Previous Maximus experience preferred.

This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Home office requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity??
  • Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
This position requires residency in the state of Montana.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
