The responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator will include:
- welcoming employees to the resort in a warm and caring manner
- assisting with uniform distribution and alterations
- engraving name tags for employees
- answering questions from employees
- coordinating attendance at orientation sessions
- coordinating department specific training
- assisting with phone inquiries
- all reasonable requests by management
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, computer and customer service skills. Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required.
