Human Resources Coordinator
Your Skills
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all the transactional HR needs of Head Quarter and Field functions. In this role, the individual will be responsible for maintaining the data in the various HR systems and running various reports as per the business needs.
- Ensure correct and accurate data in the Schindler HR system which includes, employee reporting charts, title, cost center etc.
- Work closely with HRBP's in releasing the employee change requests to the HR Information System department
- Release Employee termination notices and manage the leaver notice in the internal IT portal
- Work closely with the benefits team and coordinate all the correspondence for employee STD/LTD absence
- Update data and maintain HR KPI report on regular basis
- Maintain and update tracker for all employees related to Non Solication and Non-Compete Agreement
- Keep track of labor posters in offices and ensure updated information is posted on the notice board
- Prepare employee letters For Example Promotion, Compensation or Title change, Adhoc employee related letters etc.
Your Experience
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 3 years experience
- A candidate with experience in data management is what we look for in this role. Someone with strong system knowledge and exposure to working on MS Office suite is a must to have in this role.
