Job Description
Payrate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance
- Assist with workforce management activities, such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and managing time-off requests
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as organization design and change management efforts
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement
Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related work experience
- 2 Years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
