Essential Job Functions
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conducts onboarding of employees, including New Hire Processing and New Hire Orientation as needed.
- Collaborates with the departmental supervisors for onboarding of new hires.
- Enters and processes employee information in the HR/Payroll system.
- Maintains and updates employee records following company standards.
- Creates new employee files following standard operating procedures.
- Handles employee inquiries timely and with excellent customer service.
- Assist with employee relations as needed including disciplinary actions and coaching’s.
- Assists with processing of voluntary terminations, including the exit coordination process.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Keeps employees informed via monthly newsletter.
- Assists in supporting the Human Resources Department, in other areas, as needed.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and committees as assigned.
- Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; and perform all other related duties as assigned.

- Work is generally performed in an indoor, well-lighted, well-ventilated, heated, and air- conditioned environment.
Experience
- Minimum of two ( 2) years of clerical experience required.
- One (1) year of documented work within the Human Resources field required.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- An Associates level or Human Resources Certification preferred.
