Description
Responsible for full cycle recruiting, new employee on-boarding, compliance and safety education, turnover reporting, new hire orientations, yearly compensation analysis. Assists the HR, Payroll, and Benefits department and takes on other projects as assigned.

Accountability
The HR Coordinator reports to the Sr. HR Generalist and works collaboratively with the Payroll, Benefits, and other MSO administrative departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Two to three years' experience in Human Resources Onboarding and Recruiting.
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong critical thinking skills but also the ability to know when to ask questions to ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Ability to handle dynamic and expanding workplace. New divisions and departments added regularly.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Ability to work well with others, and work in a team environment.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of employee files and information.
- Manages and maintains email and phone communication and responds to all requests in a timely manner.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process of qualified job applicants for open positions including collaborating with managers and supervisors for competencies required.
- Responsible for full onboarding process for established divisions and new incoming divisions.
- Assigns and tracks new hire orientation.
- Manages, assigns, and tracks all new compliance training.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing introductory calls and training for new incoming divisions.
- Responsible for providing monthly employee reports to various departments.
- Assist Payroll & Benefits Administrator in the setup of new divisions.
- Assist with compiling employee pay data, and completion of salary guide.
- Assist with employee survey.
- Work to a deadline without compromising accuracy or quality of work.
- Provide back-up, as needed to the HR, Payroll, Benefits, and compliance departments.
- Be ready to assist the HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance departments with yearly events, such as open enrollment, retirement notifications, employee engagement, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 (Compensation is based on years of experience, skills, and education)
