The Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Leave) #579. The Leave Administrator plays a key role in administering employee leave in our Human Resources Department. The incumbent will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient and effective management of employee leave processes. Successful candidates will thrive in a small energetic team environment; have a proven ability to excel at detail-oriented tasks; be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; have knowledge of federal and state paid leave programs, including FMLA, ADA and worker’s compensation; demonstrate exceptional customer service; stay organized during changing priorities; and consistently deliver quality work.
