The HR Business Partner ("HRBP") serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders within the PLSCM portfolio.This position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective businesspartnerships and serving as a consultant in strategic and tactical approachesfor all HR areas. A successful Business Partner will have experiencetranslating business priorities into actionable talent strategies, managingchange within a business, and influencing and coaching leaders. The HRBP is on the front lines everyday making a positive impact across the portfolio so that Palladium cancontinue to transform how people and projects tell their stories. The HRBP will contribute to the development, adoption and execution oftalent strategies and engage in organizational effectiveness efforts byconsulting on workforce strategy, development of leadership capability,performance and talent management, employee engagement, and equity, diversityand inclusion.
The successfulcandidate will be able to influence effectively across all levels, demonstratedeep business acumen and show strong capability of navigating throughambiguity, recognizing when it's appropriate to introduce more structure andprocess without derailing the current output.

Reporting and Supervision:
The HR Business Partner reports to the Services Center Director, will work incoordination with other leaders within the portfolio, and collaborate withother HRBPs throughout Palladium. This position will also have a dotted line tothe VP, Human Resources and will supervise a small team of recruiters
Primary Duties andResponsibilities:
  • Contribute to HR organizational design, development and changemanagement solutions implementation
  • Develop and use analytics and trend analysis to help shape andinfluence HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with the partnership HR team to oversee the talentand performance review process for Supply Chain portfolio
  • Work with stakeholders to manage resourcing and workforcemanagement needs
  • Advise, coach, and partner, with diversity in mind, withleaders as they think through their management capabilities and talentgaps within respective teams
  • Contribute to data driven decision making through dataanalysis, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to furthersupport business objectives
  • Drive employee engagement and retention plans for thebusinesses, including the assessment, analysis, and facilitation of plansto address turnover and workforce issues
  • Work with the partnership HR team to ensure total compensationand bonus practices are competitive, aligned with
  • Palladium's compensationphilosophy and consistent with market norms to maximize impact and attract/ retain best talent
  • Engage in the most sensitive workplace and employee relationsissues and identify and resolve employee and manager situations that ofteninvolve multiple sensitive and/or legal issues
  • Influence leadership to ensure policies, procedures, andemployment laws and regulations are being applied fairly, equitably, andconsistently

Key Competencies Required:
  • Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations, change management, coaching, counseling, and advising at all levels in the organization
  • Knowledgeof organizational development, business and management principles involvedin strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, andcoordination of people
  • Experience operating as a business adviser with strong consultative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success translating business priorities into actionable talent strategies and initiatives and achieving targeted outcomes
  • Ability to guide, direct, and lead implementation of organizational design and developmental initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders to achieve business and talent outcomes related to labor costs, employee retention, engagement and incentivizing the right performance/behaviors
  • Experienceusing data insights and analytics to understand trends and developsolutions that lead to measurable impact on an organization
  • Experiencewith change management and contributing to strategic decisions in the HRfield
  • Experienceleveraging competitive compensation policies and practices, along withmarket data, internal equity and other factors to ensure competitive pay
  • Outstandingverbal and written communication skills with ability to be influential andpersuasive

ProfessionalExpertise/Competencies Preferred:
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
