Gordon Ramsay North America is adding a HR Business Partner to our team. This position will be based in Washington DC and will require travel to Boston. The HR Business Partner supports all people programs and initiatives to help foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment while delivering on the company's values.
This role will maintain a close and highly responsive and supportive relationship with the management teams and Director of Operations in their region. This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides support to team members and leaders to help foster awork environment that is aligned with our values.
Upholds the organizations compliance with local, state, andfederal regulations. Ensures the consistent application of all company HR policies,fostering a fair and inclusive workplace. Collaborates closely with management to align strategic HR goalswith business initiatives.
Manages sensitive, critical employee situations as well asday-to-day employee relations. Handles employee investigations and resolutions. Conflictresolution and discretion are expected, along with the ability to handlesensitive information.
Ensures strict confidentiality with all records, information,plans, and decisions affecting the company and its operation; handlesconfidential and non-routine information in a professional manner. Manages Team Member Relations resolution, maintaining ER Log andER email/hotline communications. Supports Talent Acquisition efforts for the region.
Completesmultiple assignments in short time frames andcoordinates diverse projects and activities; and performs other related tasksas assigned by Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experiencein Human Resources, ideally in the hospitalityindustry, and have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. This individual will be self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and flexibility and multi-task with limited supervision while meeting established timelines.
