A national company that offers commercial, environmental and industrial diving services is currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role offers the opportunity to manage complex HR initiatives, and has the potential for a flexible work schedule.
The Human Resources Business Partner administers all HR aspects for the business unit, and will manage one direct report.
Human Resources Business Partner job duties:
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes
- Lead the open enrollment process
- Oversee performance management and succession planning
- Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding all Human Resources practices.
- Management of one direct report

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday – Thursday
- Schedule has ability to be flexible Tuesday- Thursday
Qualifications for the Human Resources Business Partner role:
- 5+ years of complex HR experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role
- Previous experience overseeing performance management and development programs within an organization
- Elevated skill working with HRIS, Google Suite, MS office Suite, online meeting platforms.
- Experience managing direct reports
- BA/ BS and or HR certifications highly preferred
Pay Range: $35-40/hr
