What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Auburn CDC Leadership on Associate relations and act as their HR liaison.
  • Collaborate on CDC strategy and execution with the CDC Leadership Team.
  • Guide Associates and Managers on interpretations of company policies and programs.
  • Lead Associate development & succession planning initiatives.
  • Implement, manage, and facilitate training programs.
  • Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk.
  • Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and take action.
  • Assist in managing legal issues and employment matters.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the development of facility change management needs.
  • Be point of contact for CDC/RDC Associates and HR liaison for Managers company-wide.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
  • High emotional intelligence and broad people agilities.
  • Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data/HR metrics.
  • 5 years of HR experience with a focus on Associate relations.
  • PHR or SPHR certification required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Office environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer and phone.
  • Able to lift 20 pounds at times.
  • Some travel to Service Centers and Sonepar Corporate.

Salary & Compensation:

  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $125,950 to $158,800 annually, DOE.
