JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition recruits for OMC’s growing workforce and supports managers in building their teams and replacing staff positions. Supporting the recruitment function includes sourcing through social media platforms, as well as recruiting for specified positions as assigned. In addition, provides broad support to the HR team as needed, including workforce development and career ladders. Supports manager communication and relationship building, reporting requirements, data requests related to employees, talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Assists with the Applicant Tracking System and Requisition Request process. Works with managers, supervisors and applicants with a professional level of service excellence. This position will develop and improve the new employee onboarding process and will develop and implement new manager training and leadership development programs. This position will support diversity, equity and inclusion, and focus on retention programs for all staff. Works collaboratively with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams and throughout Olympic Medical Center to partner on best practices in talent development processes. Assists with HR projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Post-high school business/college coursework required.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years HR experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Licensure/Credentials
- PHR, SPHR, or equivalent strongly preferred.
