The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for directing for all facets of Human Resources within Smalls Sliders. They will play a critical role in driving the company?s culture and formulating and aligning key HR initiatives supporting business growth and strategy to position the organization as an Employer of Choice. They will collaborate with their HR leadership peers to ensure training, compensation/benefits, and employee relations are in lockstep with business needs. This role will lead HR Business Partners and HR Operations to meet and align with the business's ever-changing needs while executing the people and culture strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage HR programs, tools, and processes to support the strategic and tactical organizational business goals and talent needs
- Drive and support organizational development programs in the business that support a positive, performance-driven culture, including succession planning, training and development, and team member engagement initiatives
- Support recruiting strategies and practices aimed at identifying and acquiring talent within and outside of the organization; ensure hiring managers are well-trained to ensure we consider a diverse applicant slate and make good hiring decisions
- Channel employee relations issues as they arise in the business
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues
- Support Smalls Sliders diversity development, inclusion, and affirmative action initiatives/programs to achieve the organization?s objectives for internal equity
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
