Human Resources Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and serves as the backup to the receptionist.

What you will do in the position:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team including special projects.
• Update HRIS and informational bulletin boards.
• Reconcile invoices.
• Assist with general HR inquiries.
• Serve as backup receptionist covering lunch and rest breaks and sick and vacation days.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

• Basic knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to pick up on various software easily.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including good listening, speaking, and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay Range: $20.16 - $26.88 per hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
