Summary of Duties: Position is working with CFO to enhance recruiting, on boarding and other HR functions as trained to better companies current system.
Specific duties:
Onboarding new employees including benefits explanation and company policy.
Employee will also create avenues for recruitment of new employees as necessary.
Work with CFO during open enrollment for benefits and prepare necessary classification or census reports as required.
Learn and adapt to different tasks and want to grow and learn consistently.
Great organizational skills helps the right candidate succeed.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
