Job Title: Human Resources - Construction

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some long days may be required)

Responsibilities:

• Daily Manpower Scheduling with Superintendents: Collaborate with superintendents to create efficient schedules, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
• Communication Management: Handle the seamless exchange of emails, texts, and phone calls, fostering clear communication within the team.
• Employee Interaction: Engage with field employees and foremen, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive working environment.
• Vacation/Leave Management: Maintain accurate records of employee absences and days off, implementing company leave policies effectively.
• Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with cell phones and tablets.
• Track and manage employee training records.
• Perform data entry tasks as needed to support HR operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using technology for communication and data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
