Position Summary: Under general supervision of the executive team, the Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department by handling basic functions such as employee inquiries, HRIS system management, recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, company engagement & morale activities, filing and archiving electronic documents in employee files. And provide support to the HR payroll Specialist with payroll tasks when necessary, such as timecard corrections, and salary changes or adjustments. Additionally, the HR assistant will also provide support to the execute and managing team and be responsible to manage tasks related to executive team.
Education Requirements: Associate’s degree in Human Resources (required) or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Preferred).
Skills required:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional Human Resources experience with executive functions exposure. Preferably in the medical field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience using HRIS system, preferable ADP workforce Now system
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, one on one, and in small or large groups
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to effectively respond to employee, and management inquiries
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficient in computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and direct employees to proper HR assistance when inquiring within the HR department in person, through emails or phone inquiries.
- Assist with HRIS system management (e.g., pay rate increases, time off adjustments, assigning training courses & investigate available trainings upon request from management, screening background checks, timecard adjustments)
- Assist with reference checks upon request/when deemed necessary
- Assists with filing and electronic record on cloud database (Citrix).
- Assists with sending company-wide announcements & events – employee recognition/acknowledgment, events, meeting icebreakers, company activities
- Assist with onboarding process, benefits enrollment, update company handbooks, training content and off-boarding
- Conduct recruiting sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Assist with creating or modify job descriptions
- Assist Payroll specialist when need it
- Notify employees of any incomplete trainings
- Provide administrative support to executive team, including calendar management, coordinate meetings and special events.
- Handle confidential confirmation with discretion and professionalism.
- Support other HR related functions as assigned.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
