`Duties'
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with employee evaluation processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Support HR team in administering benefits programs, such as FMLA and other leave requests
- Assist with HRIS system management, including data entry and generating reports
- Collaborate with HR team on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or policy updates
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related field
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, etc.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles is preferred
