SalaryPowers & Sons LLC is seeking a person to become a part of our HR Team as an HR Assistant in our fast-paced work environment. This position reports directly to the HR Manager. The HR Assistant must be able to be a team player whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes, monitoring and tracking of time and attendance, weekly hourly payroll, annual training, among many other HR related tasks.
Education and/or Experience: Associate Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an accredited college or university preferred; OR at least one year of related HR or business-related experience combined with equivalent education and/or training.
