We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, at our Ravenna, OH, Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, confident in decision making, with excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy.
Job Responsibilities:
- General HR and administrative duties
- Organize and maintain employee records and internal databases
- Assist in conflict management and resolution
- Prepare HR documents for management (e.g. appraisals, absence reports, training packets)
- Assist with onboard training and annual refresher training, as needed
- Assist employees with HR & payroll related inquiries
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. job fair event, internal celebration)
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR, Payroll software
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications – Word, Excel, in particular)
- Adequate knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
