Job Summary
Responsible for assisting Controller with HR: coordinate with employment agencies for all open positions as well as on Indeed and LinkedIn, manage interviews and applications, create offer letters, handle onboarding, employee training, and all employee communication. Assist all employees with HR concerns.
Handle accounting functions: vendor invoices, generate checks, client invoices, accounts receivable. Reconcile employee time sheets for weekly payroll. Maintain report of employee's time off accruals.
Administrative functions: greeting walk-ins, providing telephone support, filing, scanning, ordering and stocking all company supplies.
Experience/Education/Other Requirements
HR and accounting experience preferred. Associate degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
