- Preferred certifications: SPHR, PHR, or GPHR. - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. - Strong understanding of market trends and external environments.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in proposal development. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future.
