Job Duties:
- Provide a Fun and Friendly atmosphere for employees and applicants
- Assist employees with a variety of paperwork related to their incentives, benefits, perks, and employment
- Administrative tasks include but are not limited to filing, data entry, answering the phone, conducting interviews, and screening applicants
- Cleanliness tasks include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitization of work spaces
- Uniform tasks include but are not limited to distribution, sales, tracking inventory, counting inventory, and laundering clothing
- Assist with employee events including Ride Nights, Event Previews, Surprise & Delights, and holiday themed decorating
- Frequently assist with projects assigned by the Human Resource Management Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays in our Employee Store and weekdays in the Human Resources office
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must have have the ability to work evenings and holidays including school holidays and breaks such as Spring Break, Summer, and Winter Break
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50lbs with or without assistance
- Proven ability to handle conversations and information with extreme confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Theme Park experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures to include minor labor laws and wage and hour compliance preferred
