Job Title: Benefits Services Specialist
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 (HYBRID - in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Duration: 3 months
Job Description:
Ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the UHR Service Team that includes:
- Manage the UHR Service Team voicemail box.
- Create ServiceNow tickets from voice mail messages.
- Respond to (Tier 1) phone messages and ServiceNow tickets.
Requirements:
- Strong, effective interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and apply general human resources policies using problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgement, tact and discretion.
- Ability to consistently follow through with assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and to effectively organize workload.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience using email and internet.
- Some familiarity with human resource management systems, such as PeopleSoft.
- Some familiarity with case management tools, such as ServiceNow.
