Human Resource Business Partner
Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 a year
Job Summary:
Anderson Brothers is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Human Resource Business Partner to oversee our operating and holding company based out of Portland, OR. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for completing various tasks, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees, safety compliance, payroll processing, benefit administration, and ad-hoc projects as needed. We are searching for a team player that can roll up their sleeves and be hands-on as needed, work independently, and work as a partner in a team dynamic with the departmental managers and ownership. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in a Human Resources role with a progressive increase in responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Lead all the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of employees
o Work with Department managers on hiring needs
o Schedule Interviews and vet all applicants
o Onboard all new hires including new hire orientation, processing benefits, and setting up in payroll system
· Manage and process terminations as needed
· Manage annual open benefit enrollment process
· Process bi-weekly payroll (Using Paylocity) for both the operating company and the holding company. Approximately 60 FTE’s
· Manage and be the “go to” person for all things Paylocity for the management team.
· Manage OSHA compliance, logging of claims, and see all workers comp claims through to the final close out
· Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, lead internal investigations as needed and manage disciplinary actions as needed
· Maintain HRIS system
· Oversee and manage the annual compensation increase company wide
· Update company handbook of policies, procedures, and programs

· Assist in leading the safety team to ensure the company is maintaining a safe work environment for all employees

· Ability to be creative and offer multiple solutions as needed for the company related to employees and all aspects of Human Resources
· Highly organized and detail-oriented; with excellent time management skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources preferred
· Prefer bilingual in Spanish
· HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
