Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant will partner with the Human Resources Manager and Director on a variety of initiatives and directives that maximize organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Arrange interviews.
- Maintain personnel filing system.
- Responsible for assisting in verifying employment for PT employees.
- Keep filing up to date and secure.
- Process I9 documents.
- Take an active role in creating a safe and healthy work environment.
- Organize and administer job fairs.
- Assist with the onboarding process.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration
- Excellent communication skills *** Bilingual in Spanish a plus***
- Excellent social skills
- Flexible, straightforward and independent
- Able work independently and takes initiative
- Able to work nontraditional work hours
Recruitment and management experience a plus
COMPENSATION
$22/ Per Hour
