• Experience in Human Resources related work with an emphasis in writing positions concepts, duty statements, and/or job descriptions.
• Experience developing polished written documents.
• Experience analyzing situation and adopting effective courses of action.
• Experience researching to gather and evaluate information.
• Experience providing consultative services.
• Experience working with various levels of management.
• Experience working on visible and sensitive assignments.
• Experience working with control agencies: State Personnel Board, California Department of Human Resources, State Controller’s Office, California Public Employees’ Retirement System.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel related work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to establish workload priorities to need deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Focused attention to detail and follow-through

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,518.00 - $6,907.00 per month
