What you will do…
- Provide front desk support (e.g., answers and directs agency phone calls, answers questions, and greets visitors)
- Utilizes the Ohio Hiring Management System to screen/compile applications, schedule interviews, close out positions and notify applicants
- Assist with intern and seasonal employee onboarding
- Support HR staff with administrative functions (e.g., entering position descriptions, prior service actions, and employee verifications)
- Responds verbally & in writing to inquiries from employees & general public
- Starting hourly pay of $21.33/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service, with an end salary of $25.43/hr.
