Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking an experienced human resource professional to assist with recruitment for the agency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance and expertise to ODM Offices with recruitment strategies.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the analysis of job duties, the determination of appropriate classifications, and the development of position descriptions.
- Working with hiring managers to develop proficiency assessments.
- Acting as the agency management designee for job audit requests.
- Acting as the agency drug-free workplace coordinator.
- Coordinating financial disclosures with the Ohio Ethics Commission.
- Working with various HR systems to onboard candidates and track recruitment activities.

-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in Human Resources, business or public administration; 24 mos. exp. in Human Resources which included 12 mos. exp. in supervisory &/or management principles & techniques.
-Or 12 months experience as Human Capital Management Senior Analyst, 64613.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
