The Distribution Hub Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of the Distribution Hub facility. This position also provides guidance and management to the Warehouse Supervisors and Hub Employees. The Hub Manager will report directly to the Director of Hub Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for Distribution Hub activities including personnel, environmental, safety and production.
• Responsible for working safely in all job aspects and functions of the distribution hub.
• Accurately record and produce all production, personnel, and safety reports as required.
• Maintains Hub compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local environmental/regulatory requirements.
• Work with branch personnel to ensure on-time delivery of necessary sales and service supplies.
• Provides daily/weekly/monthly updates to senior management on Hub activity.
• Maintains accurate records of Hub activity and inventory of solvent, allied products and equipment.
• Delivers training and counseling to employees to promote personal and employment growth.
• Assists in various job capacities to support efficient Hub operations, when necessary.
• Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Work Experience

• 5+ years Distribution Warehouse Management experience or relevant operations experience preferred
• 3+ years of DOT and RCRA Transportation/Management experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Designations or Memberships

• High School Diploma or equivalent
