1. Work related to the selection, employment, training and retention of human resources.
2. Operations related to the procurement of materials, consumables and supplies required for production and office general operations.
Job Content:
HR:
1. Personnel recruitment: interview registration, new employee training.
2. Attendance management: fingerprint archiving, leave requests and vacation management, human resource information system maintenance.
3. Training system/course planning, training execution and tracking, training record management.
4. Salary accounting, personnel change management, reward and punishment operations, employee resignation operations.
5. Employee relationship management: grievance case handling/employee dispute handling, employee care activities.
Purchasing:
1. Purchase of raw materials, spare parts, consumables and small tools and equipment.
2. Other sporadic purchases, price negotiations and survey.
3. Waste resource recycling management
4. Restaurant vending machine management & other administrative support services.

Skills:
Drivers License required
Office word/excel/power point experience required
