Form of workZurich is currently hiring an Entry Level Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR Transaction Center team! This position is remote work within the metro areas of Chicago, IL or Kansas City, KS designed to meet the need of the selected candidate and Zurich North America.
The Human Resources Coordinator enters and controls data from confidential employee records in the organization’s computerized Human Resources Information Systems. They identify and solve any anomaly or discrepancy to ensure data and information are accurate and guarantee Human Resources and management have access to up-to-date personnel related data in the systems.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Focus on processing daily transactions (including new hires, salaries, organizational management changes and timecard corrections), ensuring the employee data is entered in the company systems appropriately.
Enters and controls data from confidential employee records in the organization’s computerized Human Resources Information Systems.
Identify and solve any anomaly or discrepancy to ensure data and information are accurate
Guarantee Human Resources and management have access to up-to-date personnel related data in the systems.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of HR processing experience
ORZurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of HR processing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
HR processing experience
Knowledge of I-9 Administration helpful
Ability to collaborate and be a team player
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
SAP experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
