Job Description
Under the direction of the Senior HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst will provide support to all functional areas within the Alden Network. Candidates will assist and support all aspects of initiatives related to HR Technology updates including, analysis, testing, reporting, and training. Qualified candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills as well as proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn our HRIS, payroll, and related employee management software. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with HRIS experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
· Provide functional support to end users for existing and new HRIS systems.
· Perform varied tasks to support and maintain the company’s HR related systems.
· Assist in supporting UKG system upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
· Assist in the review, testing and implementation of updated UKG system releases.
· Assist with daily system administration tasks to optimize the performance of all UKG modules.
· Assist in the creation of detailed HR reports, metrics and dashboards to promote data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and tailor analytics solutions using UKG.
· Examine and identify data trends and develop strategic solutions, as needed.
· Assist in various team-led projects that involve HRIS initiatives and implementation of HR system features.
· Assist with the management of system access: Review and grant system permissions following existing parameters.
· Assist in strategizing the implementation of tools related to HR functions such as scheduling, tracking hours, managing benefits and processing payroll using UKG.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma with three (3) years professional HRIS experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, Computer Science, or related field and,
· Two (2) years of professional HRIS experience,
· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel and,
· Experience supporting and/or implementing UKG software.
