The Role:
Our HRIS team is seeking a new Senior HRIS Workday Analyst.
If hired into this role, you will have the opportunity to be highly entrepreneurial and impactful to our Workday roadmap. You should be ready to suggest new ways to leverage technology that increases the value HR can provide to the business. As a new Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be able to be strategic in your use of data to assist in critical decision making; you will also have a lot of ownership in introducing new software solutions that enable our employees to be successful.

What You'll Do:

• Establish business workflows to automated, efficient processes that drive business decisions through analytics.
• Design, build, test, and implement module usage to and from partner systems in collaboration with vendors, internal cross-functional partners, and HR.
• Maintain Workday data consistency and integrity by providing oversight and problem resolution. Responsible for performance, maintenance and updating of Workday.
• Provide techno-functional support for day-to-day HR Systems user requests at tier 2 and/or tier 3 level issues.
• Support organization with HR data reports as appropriate; be able to conceptualize best way to create or provide report, partner with internal colleagues for functional requirements, and create ad-hoc reports for organization as requested

What We Seek:

• 5+ years of deep configuration, global roll-out, and integration expertise within Workday, ideally within several of the following modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and/or Advanced Reporting
• A direct, thoughtful, and honest consensus builder who genuinely enjoys building productive relationships with global, cross-functional coworkers in order to understand business needs
• Proven track record of strong decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong history of developing creative solutions and working to build and optimize processes within Workday
• Strong analytical approach to work with proven experience gathering and analyzing best-in-class competitive market data to recommend and implement changes to a large, global, public company's HRIS.
• The drive to own impactful projects through to completion and recognize and drive opportunities for improvement with minimal oversight
• Ability to articulate business strategy to all levels of a global organization
• Strong ambition and intellectual curiosity, with an eagerness to expand knowledge, impact, and scope of responsibility over time
• Location: Eastern or Central Time Zone
