PAC Worldwide is seeking an HR Specialist to add to our dynamic Corporate HR team!
The HR Specialist will be based at our Redmond, WA office and will assist the Human Resources department with all Human Resources duties to include new hire administration, benefit program administration, payroll administration, benefit mailings, company functions, administration services, and all other duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· New hire entry into ADP, our HRIS system
· New hire entry into Saba Talentspace/Halogen our Performance Management system including assigning training/90-day reviews
· Maintain employee electronic files within ADP
· Enter employee information, changes, and terminations into ADP
· Complete yearly EEOC/Veterans Reporting
· Responsible for working with our external mailing service to send out required monthly benefit mailings
· Work closely with ADP on our ACA Reporting to ensure accurate 1095C's are sent each year
· Work closely with our COBRA Administrator HealthEquity/Wageworks and our benefit providers to ensure those that elect get enrolled
· Audit monthly Benefit Invoices before sending to AP for payment and work with providers to ensure accuracy
· Work with AP to ensure Wisely account is funded and monitored, as well as process approved reimbursements
· Work closely with Daily Pay to resolve any issues that arise with employee pay
· Assist recruiting team with scheduling interviews as needed
· Backup to Payroll Manager in various payroll related tasks
· Work with Compliance Poster Company to ensure all US site compliance posters are sent out/updated yearly and as needed
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· HR Certificate preferred
· 1-2 years HR experience required
· 1-2 payroll processing experience (ADP) preferred

· Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, ADP preferred
· Knowledge of ATS systems, Jobvite preferred
