The HR Operations Specialist will primarily focus on tasks specific to onboarding and other HR transactions. This can include communicating company and position details to new hires, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days.
This position will be onsite in Seattle, with the potential to move hybrid once the training period ends. This position will be full-time hours through June 30, 2024.

Compensation
Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

As an HR Operations Specialist, You Will
- Own and support the pre-onboarding processes. This includes all elements between point of offer acceptance through day 1 for new hires.
- Execute independent contractor (IC) onboarding requests after appropriate classification of role.
- Monitor the background check process, troubleshoot, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Initiate and monitor onboarding process, keeping employee files up to date.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS I-9 and E-Verify processes.
- Maintain knowledge of commonly used processes and procedures within the onboarding team, seeking ways to collaborate and make improvements.
- Ensures accuracy of recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion.
- Support general candidate/employee questions during the onboarding process.
- Assist Onboarding project team with process improvement.
- Contributes to HR team initiatives including participation in office hours at RUN's headquarters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
