Responsible for entering all Personnel Action Forms on the ADP Payroll System, processing all unemployment compensation claims, and providing day-to-day support to the Human Resources Department. Enters and verifies all Payroll-related information for the entire company. Run all transmittal reports. Create new Job tiles in ADP. Process Unemployment claims with People Systems. Complete Request for Separation Information Forms, gather and submit all information related to the termination. Coordinate, prepare, and assist in all unemployment hearings. Attend Unemployment hearings when necessary
Requirements
A.S. Degree is required, but a B.S. Degree is highly desirable. Minimum five years' experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Word and Excel is a must. Must have prior experience in ADP Enterprise).Bilingual (English/Spanish) Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and courteously, with all levels of employees and the general public. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in the daily operations.
