Your Day-to-Day:
Cultural Initiatives:
- Coordinate cultural initiatives at the site level to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate and execute programs such as Scoop of the Month (SOTM), incentive management, and wellness initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Manage the cultural budget across locations, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources.
- Assess organizational culture and recommend initiatives to align culture with company goals.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Contribute to the development of policies that promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
- Assist Senior HR Manager and Change and Learning Partner (C&L) on compliance and state training initiatives to ensure policy adherence.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Collaborate with the CPO and Senior HR Manager to deploy DEI objectives across the organization.
Employee Engagement and Support:
- Support General Managers (GMs) with Employee Engagement initiatives and performance management.
- Address employee escalations and performance issues Miami and various MOIC locations, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Engage employees from diverse cultural backgrounds and identify factors contributing to their satisfaction and well-being.
- Other duties as assigned
The salary range for this role is $60,000- $75,000 USD dependent on location and experience. There is a 2-3 day Hybrid requirement for this role, which will transition to fully remote once fully established.

Requirements
The Necessities and Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3- 5 years) in Human Resources
- Bilingual preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
