Job Description
G2 is looking to fill an HR Specialist role at the Miami International Airport. The ideal candidate will have had two or more years of Administrative and HR experience. This position will report directly to the HR Manager in Miami, FL.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the city’s badging process, which includes processing and overseeing audit
2. Respond to and process unemployment claims.
3. Assists with Recruiting Needs
4. Files all complete files.
5. Creates supervisor’s packets.
6. Uses termination report to pull separated employee files and processes terminations.
7. Tracks resident aliens.
8. Submits EIF to payroll as needed
9. Files I-9s and drug test results promptly.
10. Submits monthly list to managers of employees who are up for a review and merit increase using FDW report. Works with the FDW Coordinator to communicate with managers.
11. Assist the HR Manager with setting up interviews and processing new hires
12. Conducts orientations as required.
13. Conducts interviews as required.
14. Other Duties as required.
15. Must be Bilingual in Spanish (read and write)
