We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract HR Operations Manager to join our vibrant team in the tech industry. This role is pivotal in shaping our company's future by aligning human resources with business strategies and objectives. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing compensation, overseeing global HR operations, creating and updating our employee handbook, and developing and implementing effective onboarding processes. This is a contract position requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
As a Contract HR Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations across our global offices, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Developing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
3. Creating and updating our employee handbook to reflect current company policies and legal requirements.
4. Designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into our company.
5. Working closely with the HR team to streamline processes, improve employee experience, and achieve operational efficiencies.
6. Collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
7. Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR operations.
Qualifications
