Key responsibilities include:

• Play a strategic role to ensure the company’s business strategy translates into an effective people strategy.
• Partner with department heads to identify and prioritize hiring needs. Lead and coordinate talent acquisition efforts by engaging in a combination of outbound and inbound strategies.
• Design and implement processes to measure and reward employee performance.
• Proactively work to foster a company culture where employees are consistently productive, satisfied, and have a clear understanding of company values.
• Work to become a trusted and respected partner, coaching managers and employees in order to best foster professional development. Lead an effective performance review process.
• Design and manage programs for effectively onboarding new team members.
• Manage technical issues related to employee relations, policies, compensation and benefits, employee satisfaction, employment law, rewards/recognition.
• Ensure all HR activities, plans, programs and policies adhere to appropriate state, local and federal government regulations.
• Oversee facilities and administration.

Background & Experience

You might be a good fit for this role if you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years working in human resources for a life sciences or technology company
• Experience with Namely is strongly preferred
• Have a strong organizational acumen and superb communication skills
• Have a thorough understanding of employment law
• Are highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Are a quick learner

This is a full time U.S.-based remote position.
