About the Role:
Schneeberger Collective, a fast-growing architecture and Interior Design start up, is seeking a highly organized, creative, passionate, and experienced Interior DesignProject Manager to contribute to the firm's expansion and become a long term member of our team. The ideal candidate is a good communicator who relishes working collaboratively and directing a project. This individual is passionate about design and has the ability to lead projects from concept through completion. They are proactive, highly motivated and willing to take on responsibility and grow with our team. This is a hybrid full-time role, with a minimum of three days per week in office anticipated.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all client, team, and project coordination aspects, including full documentation, and coordination with consultants
- Build and lead the Interior Design team and conduct client meetings
- Work with the Principal to produce concept, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation material
- Coordinate document preparation and execution through all project phases
- Ensure quality control on all deliverables
- Lead code analysis and confirm code requirements are met
- Attend on-site visits and project meetings as appropriate
- Actively invest in the professional development of staff through mentoring
- Research products and specifications
- Coordinate directly with consultants and contractors to predict and resolve any issues
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or Interior Design
- Master's degree a plus
- 7+ years of experience within an architectural, Interior Design, or related, firm
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple projects and overseeing teams
- Interior residential architecture and design experience
- Experience with all phases of design and construction
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Familiarity with architectural rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape a plus
- Ability to multi-task between projects, prepare work for team members, and coordinate with overall office for project scheduling
- Positive personality with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing
