HR Strategic Initiatives Manager (HR Strategy & Enablement CoE) (Remote)

This role is a key member of the HR Strategy & Enablement Leadership team that will focus on providing insight, guidance and coordination on and of various programs across HR. It’s crucial that the incumbent possess the ability to interact with team members at all levels in a fast-paced, global environment, while remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Equally important is strong written and verbal communication skills, sound decision-making ability, end-to-end process thinking, technical aptitude and project management.

What you'll do...

Support the creation of the formalized S&E function by streamlining, standardizing, and operationalizing processes across the team as needed (incl. how we communicate, recognition programs, etc.); extend some of the processes as appropriate across HR

Coordinate the management of the HR budget, working with the HR Leadership Team and Finance; build and track business case achievement (HR Transformation and AI & IM Proven programs)

Act as a program manager for the HR AI and IM Proven programs, which will pull together different parts of HR to build and execute on the roadmaps for those two enterprise initiatives (and coordinates it with the broader HR portfolio roadmap); owns the tracking and measurement of AI programs’ impact on the function (effectiveness, efficiency)

As part of the OneHR model evolution, act as the source of truth for “how work gets done” in HR and handle any escalations for support or (“how do I…?” questions); manage the next phases of the OneHR model; onboard new HR professionals to help them understand how to work in HR at Iron Mountain

Bring together stakeholders for decision making and solutioning with pace across a broad range of HR topics and processes (intake of requests)

Build and own the HR toolkit with the ServiceNow team and content owners within the S&E CoE

Provide technical guidance as needed to Org Effectiveness Consultants on matters related to reporting & analytics, reorganizations, etc.

What you'll need...

Experience with a broad range of HR processes and programs

Demonstrated project management skills and experience facilitating and leading complex projects; strong sense of urgency and results orientation

Be a connector of dots, has the ability to proactively make connections and explain the connections in an engaging and simple way

Excellent written and verbal communications at all levels, with the ability to simplify complex information to communicate to various audiences

High degree of professionalism, ability to work with complex organizational dynamics, resourcefulness, ability to influence and manage other

Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together

Be a positive disruptor, comfortable with positively questioning the “why” and the “how” to ensure we are bringing maximum value to our customers and the enterprise
