Job Responsibilities
Help design and shape the employee experience strategy with a significant focus on collaboration with other departments. Develop and deliver transformation projects and initiatives related to the organization that will increase engagement and support for the employee experience strategy, partnering with department leaders across the organization. Assist and lead pilot projects focused on onboarding and retention efforts. Maintaining an ongoing feedback loop once projects and initiatives are implemented and making changes when necessary. Responsible for the ongoing growth and refinement of onboarding initiatives. Soliciting feedback from managers and employees and providing ongoing coaching and support to them. On a monthly basis analyzing onboarding, milestone (3, 6, 12), stay interviews, and exit survey data and produce summary reports and trending analysis. Manage various human resource plans and procedures ensuring consistent implementation of established company policy throughout the organization. Collaborate on and deploy programs to understand and improve employee engagement, employee retention and turnover reduction. Provide day to day performance management support and guidance to managers on management, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and employee relations. Conduct investigations ensuring all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with organizational policies and applicable state and federal laws. Identify and analyze employee relations matters and recommend appropriate employment action to maintain a productive work environment and achieve optimal performance. Provider relative training to managers to share best practices for continuous improvement. Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices in the industry and across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
QualificationsRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business-related field. Active HR Certification strongly preferred.Minimum of 3 years HR experience to include employee relations supporting management teams.Demonstrated capacity to skillfully communicate with all levels of employees, influence outcomes and establish credibility as a skilled HR generalist.Strong business acumen and a proven track record of setting and executing business objectives are required.Demonstrated proficiency in employee investigative processes and coaching management through employee relations, disciplinary actions or performance issues.Ability to lead processes to effect change and increase organizational effectiveness.Proficient with MS Office applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Strong system, reporting and analytical experience.Project management experience - from start to finishIncredibly structured with strong communication skills.
