Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR practices, with expertise in performance management, strategic planning, compensation models, and team management. This role will be crucial in driving the HR strategy forward, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a positive work environment for our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Establish clear performance goals, metrics, and evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Identify HR challenges and opportunities, and develop strategic action plans to address them.
Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee retention, and talent development.
Compensation Management:
Analyze market trends and benchmarks to design competitive compensation structures.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Set clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for HR staff, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient and timely execution of HR initiatives and projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
