Strata-G is seeking an experienced HR Manager with the following:
Summary:
This position requires a candidate with BambooHR and Unanet experience. The candidate should have strong experience with EEOC/AAP compliance and be able to oversee FMLA and STD/LTD programs. They should also be able to assist with termination, separation, and furlough notices, and respond to unemployment claims. The candidate should have knowledge of VETS and OSHA reporting and be able to administer benefits. They should be able to perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as answering phone calls and file maintenance. The candidate should be able to advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and ensure accuracy and integrity of Human Resources records. They should be able to respond to employee/manager questions in a timely manner and have experience with external and internal corporate audit processes and activities. The candidate should have a strong process orientation and interpersonal skills to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. They should have a commitment to integrity, service, and quality.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Human Resources or similar area.
- At least 10 years of significant Human Resources experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- BambooHR experience strongly preferred
- Unanet experience strongly preferred
- Strong experience with EEOC/AAP compliance
- Newhire onboarding including e-verify, I-9, benefits enrollment, and all applicable training/required reading
- Oversee FMLA program and associated compliance
- Oversee STD/LTD program
- Assist with termination, separation and furlough notices, and response to unemployment claims
- Knowledge of VETS and OSHA reporting
- Benefit administration: enrollments, qualifying events, Cobra, invoice reconciliation, track all eligibility
- Miscellaneous administrative duties, including answering phone calls and file maintenance
- Assist with advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of Human Resources records including personnel files, benefit enrollment forms, E-Verify and I-9 documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and perform all duties with the utmost attention to detail while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Responds to employee/manager questions in a timely manner.

Location:
Onsite at Hardin Valley Home Office.
