HR Manager
Responsibilities would include, but not limit to the following:
- Talent search, recruiting, interviewing candidates; new hires training and on-boarding process;
- Company Policies enforcement; training schedules and sessions;
- Payroll: Time and Attendance, Payroll process; PTO monitoring; onboarding (payroll portal enrollment);
- Retirement plan administration and compliance;
- WC Insurance compliance and administration;
- Employees performance reviews: schedule, interviews, feedback;
- Disciplinary disputes, actions and administration.
* Degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline/major.
* Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
* 6-10 years" HR experience required
* Industry experience preferred.
* Experience with performance management, recruiting, HR business partnering.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
