Job Description
We are a rapidly growing start up with +100 employees in +30 states that brings Preventative Health Care to gyms, corporations, and other platforms via telehealth. We are searching for a dynamic individual that can help lead the charge in creating a collaborative, empowered, resilient workforce as we strive to change the preventative healthcare industry!
Title:HR Manager
Reports to: Director of HR
Location: Remote
Salary: $80,000 per year
Schedule: M-F, 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Manages onboarding, ordering of equipment, and first day details
- Manages 30/60/90 day review check-ins with newly hired employees
- Assists with exit interviews and offboarding processes
- Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Assists with Tier 1 employee relations, including coaching and/or performance improvement plans
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborates with HR Director to assist in executing workforce planning strategies
- Manages benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition programs
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll in collaboration with the finance department
- Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive HR experience
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of federal and multistate employment laws and regulations
- Experience with FMLA administration and workers' compensation processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop training programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce
