We're looking for an HR Legal Affairs - Brazil!
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
The responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and interpreting policies and regulations related to Cainiao's business in local countries within the South American region.
- Formulating personnel requirements that comply with local country standards and creating reusable and instructional manuals.
- Implementing group management requirements in accordance with HR management requirements within the local country.
- Providing reusable and effective solutions based on local country legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance.
- Supporting HR management by providing professional and effective legal support in daily HR management, incident resolution, and dispute handling, considering local regulatory requirements and the local business environment.
- Independently or in collaboration with the team, undertaking specific HR projects related to the local country.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Legal Affairs.
- Experience in labor-intensive industries
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, writing) due to international communications.
- Experience in HR affairs in the South American region is preferred.
